After this course you will be able to:

Embark on, or continue your spiritual journey from a grounded, well-informed, and holistic place

• Be more fluent in your understanding of various spiritual paths, communities, and more.

• Understand the various ordeals across the spiritual terrain, from the obvious to the subtle

• Establish a keen heart and mind for: navigating nuance, and overcoming oversimplified stories and binary perspectives

• Develop the self-confidence to choose your own path towards wisdom and consciousness expansion, and the awareness to pivot or stay the path

• Prepare your heart and mind for the paradox(es) of truth and build your awareness for your intuition (gut sense) in tandem with your heart and mind

• Distinguish the differences between prescription-strength and over-the-counter spiritual practices/paths

• Identify the characteristics of red-flag spirituality and other unethical practices

My personal odyssey began in the Bible belt, in a household of abuse and neglect, followed by a torturous early adulthood that suspended me in a web of despair and subclinical depression. When my beliefs began to fracture, collapsing at injustices, anti-intellectualism, and my own pain, I flew halfway across the planet, seeking answers.

But in 2011 I was ill-prepared, unequipped, and provided with little advice for this sacred rite of passage. Without guidance, I made old mistakes. I was spiritually illiterate. I fought through obstacles, and I felt so alone. It is with immense pleasure that I can offer you the preparation I wish that I had over a decade ago.
